The Y features a 25 yard heated pool with lap lanes and a depth ranging from 7ft to 3.5ft deep and a dedicated Free Swim area.

Lap Lanes

The Y has 3 dedicated lap lanes for use daily with more available upon request.

Therapy Pool

The Y's Heated therapy pool provides a therapeutic, low-impact activity for people of all ages and abilities. 

Hot Tub

Come and relax after working out in our Hot Tub and let our custom jets deliver relief, recovery, and relaxation. (Must be 16 or older to use)

Swim Lesson Programs

Parent/Child Swim Lessons

Infant/Toddlers - 3 months - 3 years

Accompanied by a parent/guardian, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun confidence-building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision.

Private & Semi-Private Swim Lessons

Private and semi-private lessons are a great option for swimmers looking to catch up or get ahead. These lessons give you individualized attention to help improve or master swimming skills. You set the agenda by working with the instructor to determine goals. Curriculum is customized to meet these goals.

Private and semi-private lessons are available in 1 or 6 session packages, and can begin at any time.

Be sure to let them know your current ability & your goals for the lessons, your preferred days and times, and how often you would like to do the lessons, so they can schedule an instructor who meets your needs.


PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Y Members:

$25 per session/ $125 for 6 sessions

Non-Members: 

$40 per session/ $200 for 6 sessions

SEMI-PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Y Members:

$5 per session/ $175 for 6 sessions

Group Swim Lessons

YMCA group swim lessons are fun and instructional lessons geared for kids of all ages and skill levels. Our lessons teach swimmers how to swim, have fun, and most importantly, water safety. Our educated instructors work with small groups that do not exceed YMCA of the USA swim ratio's. Each session is made up of 8 lessons (6 guaranteed) that are 45 minutes in length. The Y will make every effort (within reason) to reschedule any lessons that are cancelled due to weather.

Swim Fitness

This class is structured like a swim team practice. It strengthens advanced techniques and builds endurance for competition or just conditioning. Competitive skills, development of stroke efficiency, speed, and strength are the goals. The athlete must be able to swim 25 yards (the length of the pool) non-stop without a flotation device and must be able to follow instruction.

Each athlete will be given a Weekly Workout at the beginning of each week. This will allow them the autonomy of working out on their own to achieve their goals! We also ask that each swimmer bring their own suit, goggles, and towel. As with all swim programs, if their is lightning or thunder we will close the pool. 

Participants can register for one session or all three! To register, download a Swim Fitness registration or stop by the Y.

Aquatic Fitness Classes

Water Pilates

Water Pilates is designed to use water's natural resistance to increase the body's full range of motion while stabilizing the core muscles.

Class Dates:

Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is the performance of aerobic exercise in fairly shallow water. Done mostly vertically and without swimming typically in waist deep or deeper water, it is a type of resistance training.

Non-Members: $5 per session or $40 for 10 sessions

Aqua Shape

Just like the water aerobics class this session is designed for a full body workout and endurance training while performing using aerobic exercises in shallow water.

Life Guard Certification

Lifeguard Certification Information

Lifeguard classes are designed to give participants the skills and knowledge needed to be lifeguards in pools and aquatic environments. This comprehensive course offers up-to-date information on how to guard, anticipate, and prevent problems, as well as how to take action to help those in need. Class costs cover for Lifeguard, First Aid, CPR, and AED certifications. Participants must pass the swim test on the first day of class to remain enrolled. Registration Form
